About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will support mission-driven projects by cleaning, organizing, and interpreting data to help inform key decisions. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must hold an Active Secret Security Clearance due to the nature of the projects and data involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources for analysis
- Perform basic data analysis using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Create simple dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Assist in preparing presentations and summaries of analytical results
- Support team members with ad-hoc data requests and validation tasks
- Follow security protocols and data handling guidelines for sensitive information

Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Basic proficiency in SQL for querying databases
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
- Ability to communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen
