We are looking for a delivery Recruitment Consultant who can support the delivery of high-stakes senior and technical search mandates. We believe that high-performance work is defined by output, not an office address. This is a fully remote position offering true autonomy.

The Role:

This isn’t a typical "post and pray" recruitment role. You will be the engine room of our search process. Working directly with one of our Managing Partners, you will conduct deep-dive market mapping, execute sophisticated sourcing strategies, and manage the initial engagement and qualification of top-tier talent. Essentially, you headhunt and deliver talent for some of our hardest to fill roles. 

What You’ll Do:

Targeted Sourcing: Use creative search strategies to find specialized talent.

Market Intelligence: Build structured "search intelligence" packs that give our clients a competitive edge.

Candidate Engagement: Execute outreach, pre-qualify senior leaders, and ensure a warm, high-touch experience.

CRM Discipline: Maintain impeccable data hygiene in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

What You Bring:

Experience: Sourcing or recruitment coordination experience (Retained Search experience is a major plus).

Communication: Exceptional written skills—you’ll be drafting outreach to a range of candidates.

Remote Fluency: You are tech-savvy, comfortable with digital collaboration tools, and possess the self-discipline to meet our 7-day intelligence standard without a manager looking over your shoulder.
