We’re hiring a Retention Marketing Manager to own the execution of email and SMS retention programs across multiple e-commerce accounts.

This is a hands-on role, focused on building, QA’ing, and delivering consistently.

You’ll work closely with copywriters and designers to ensure every campaign and flow is implemented accurately, on time, and to spec.

🟡 What you’ll do

Plan, build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo

Build, optimize, and maintain Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)

Implement SMS campaigns and automations (Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, Attentive, or similar)

Review and approve copy from copywriters

Provide clear, structured design feedback in Figma

Perform quality control on links, segments, offers, and brand voice

Monitor basic performance metrics and flag issues or inconsistencies

Maintain consistent delivery and standards across up to 5 active accounts

🟡 What we’re looking for

6–10 years of experience in email and/or SMS marketing

Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation)

Experience collaborating with copy and design teams

Familiarity with US e-commerce brands and lifecycle programs

Strong attention to detail and comfort owning execution end-to-end

Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without losing quality

🟡 Nice to have

Experience working in e-commerce agencies or retention-focused teams

Exposure to CRO or lifecycle strategy (execution matters more than theory)

Experience with Shopify environments

Familiarity with Notion for task and process tracking
