About The Role

As a key member of our Digital & Technology Solutions team, you will:
- Provide expert Level 2 technical support across IT systems, software, and AV services.
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to students and staff.
- Maintain and upgrade hardware and software, keeping our tech environment running smoothly.
- Work independently on-site while collaborating with Perth-based teams.
- Deliver end-user training and support for new technologies and systems.
- Contribute to IT projects, process improvements, and innovation initiatives.

- IT qualifications coupled with demonstrated experience in high-level technical support
