About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on, customer-focused Level 2 support at our Kalgoorlie campus. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about delivering outstanding IT service, this is the role for you!

As a key member of our Digital & Technology Solutions team, you will:

  • Provide expert Level 2 technical support across IT systems, software, and AV services.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to students and staff.
  • Maintain and upgrade hardware and software, keeping our tech environment running smoothly.
  • Work independently on-site while collaborating with Perth-based teams.
  • Deliver end-user training and support for new technologies and systems.
  • Contribute to IT projects, process improvements, and innovation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • IT qualifications coupled with demonstrated experience in high-level technical support
  • Strong problem-solving skills in diverse IT environments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
  • Experience with Microsoft, Linux and Mac OS.

Work Requirements:

  • As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
  • This is an on-site position, therefore successful candidates must currently be living In Kalgoorlie and/or have confirmed self-relocation to Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
