About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, cloud-based software solutions for our diverse client portfolio. You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, taking end-to-end ownership of feature development across both frontend and backend systems. Your expertise will contribute to architectural decisions, technical standards, and best practices that enhance our development processes.

This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of cloud and serverless architectures, particularly in AWS, and practical experience with AI-assisted development tools. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that leverage modern technologies, including AI, to solve complex real-world problems across regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, government, and education.

As part of your responsibilities, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, demonstrating a robust portfolio of successful projects.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing serverless architectures in cloud environments, with a preference for AWS.
• Proficiency in backend development languages, including Python, within cloud and serverless contexts.
• Strong knowledge of relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization techniques.

• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies such as Svelte or React, including meta frameworks like SvelteKit or Next.js.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and automated deployment workflows to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform, to automate and manage cloud infrastructure efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, contributing to technical decision-making processes.
