Position: Onbase Application Developer
Location: 100% remote (Candidates on West Coast preferred)
Duration: 6 month contract with potential for fulltime
Rate/Salary Range: $50-$60 an hour

Job Description:
The OnBase Application Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting application software using the Hyland OnBase platform, including WorkView, Workflow, and Unity API projects. This position participates in the full systems life cycle, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget. The OnBase Application Developer demonstrates strong programming skills, experience in systems design, and a solid understanding of development, database development, testing, and integration methodologies. The role collaborates with internal teams to deliver and enhance enterprise technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, codes, tests, implements, and supports application software using the Hyland OnBase platform
- Researches and pursues new technologies to expand offerings to programs and clients
- Offers recommendations and participates in implementation of technology and process improvements
- Builds, supports, and enhances applications across internal enterprise technology
- Performs ground-up builds using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) systems
- Adapts to change requests from internal clients
- Ensures development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and resolve system issues
- Participates in component and data architecture design, technology planning, product evaluation, advanced testing processes, and buy vs. build recommendations
- Collaborates with distributed teams to deliver solutions

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, required
- Associate’s degree with at least five (5) years of SDLC experience, accepted
- Equivalent work experience, accepted
- Five (5) or more years of object-oriented programming experience, required
- Demonstrated experience with Hyland OnBase, including WorkView, Workflow, Document Composition, and Unity API development, required
- Demonstrated experience with C# and JavaScript, required
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL Databases and ability to interact with various databases, required
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, required
- Experience with cloud application development, preferred
- Experience with React, Angular, Typescript, Bootstrap, preferred
