DIRECTOR OF IMPLEMENTATION

We are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and consultative Director of Implementation to join a high-growth team. This role requires a self-starter and quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and bring structure to complex, enterprise implementations.

You will be directly responsible for taking new customers from contract signature through implementation and go-live. The ideal candidate is a proven healthcare relationship builder who brings structure, urgency, and polish. We are seeking candidates that have experience helping to shape long-term strategy by refining the implementation playbook for market growth.

The Director of Implementation will oversee the successful deployment of the platform across a range of healthcare settings. Key responsibilities include managing program implementation, leading and training teams, and analyzing performance data to ensure seamless integration and high client satisfaction.

Director of Implementation Duties:

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new customers (kickoff → go-live → early adoption)
• Run discovery and design workflows/solutions that fit each customer’s environment
• Configure and customize customer environments in the platform and oversee technical setup
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations with varying scope and timelines
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to keep projects on track
• Develop and refine implementation playbooks, templates, and processes
• Track key metrics (time-to-value, readiness, activation) and drive continuous improvement
• Serve as the escalation point for complex or at-risk implementations
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Account Management / Customer Success once customers are live

Director of Implementation Requirements:

• 5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or project/program management (healthcare or SaaS)
• Experience with healthcare IT workflows and systems (EHR, RIS, PACS, or similar)
• Comfort configuring customer accounts/environments in a software platform
• Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple workstreams
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with project tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar)
• Process- and outcome-oriented, with a bias toward action and improvement
