Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote โ Pacific Time)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with our U.S.-based sales and delivery teams in identifying, engaging, and hiring top IT talent. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT recruiting and talent acquisition from sourcing to closing. A strong understanding of technical roles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a remote, full-time position that requires working Pacific Time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify, engage, and qualify candidates through job boards, professional networks, and referrals to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
- Initial Interviews: Conduct detailed phone screenings to evaluate candidatesโ technical capabilities, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with the U.S. sales and client teams, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive experience and timely feedback.
- Hiring Process Support: Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, ensuring alignment between candidates, hiring teams, and clients.
- Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of IT recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably supporting global or U.S.-based clients.
- Proven success sourcing for technical roles across software development, data, cloud, and infrastructure domains.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be comfortable working Pacific Time hours.
