Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and revenue growth in India. This is a senior individual-contributor role with end-to-end ownership of business development, client acquisition, and early partnerships.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building markets, engaging decision-makers, and owning outcomes — with a clear path to evolve into a Head of Sales role as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and build relationships with recruitment agencies, corporate HR teams, and IT services companies
- Own the complete business development lifecycle — from initial engagement to commercial closure
- Present and position GRAIXL’s Voice AI platform to senior stakeholders through structured conversations and product demonstrations
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent monthly and quarterly revenue growth
- Work closely with the founding team to refine value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
- Initiate and nurture early partnerships and channel opportunities where relevant
- Track opportunities, forecasts, and outcomes using CRM tools and structured reporting
- Stay close to market feedback and customer needs to continuously improve positioning

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition / Revenue Growth roles
- (preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, AI, or B2B technology)
- Proven experience working with SMB and mid-market clients
- Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Comfortable owning targets and working in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with CRM tools and familiarity with SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, retention) is a strong plus
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote setup
- Senior, high-ownership role (not a junior or lead-generation position)
- Full responsibility for market development and revenue outcomes
- High autonomy with direct access to founders
- Opportunity to grow into Head of Sales – India / APAC based on performance
