About the Internship:

NeoSkillz invites passionate and curious minds to join our 6-month remote Python Developer Intern Internship Program — a perfect blend of learning, mentorship, and real-world experience. This program is designed to help aspiring data scientists build a strong foundation and gain practical exposure through a structured two-phase approach:

Skill Development Stage (First 3 Months):

Interns will undergo structured training focused on Python programming, core computer science concepts, backend fundamentals, and scripting automation. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, this phase emphasizes building strong programming foundations through live sessions, coding assignments, mini-projects, and hands-on practice.

Project Implementation Stage (Next 3 Months):

Upon successful completion of the training phase, interns will transition to working on real-world Python development projects. Performance during this stage will determine eligibility for a performance-based stipend of up to ₹15,000. Continuous mentorship, regular feedback, and code reviews will help interns enhance their development skills, build a strong portfolio, and prepare for professional software roles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications under mentor supervision
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code following best practices
• Work with Python libraries and frameworks such as Flask, Django (basic), NumPy, Pandas, or automation tools as per project needs
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
• Collaborate with team members during daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and feedback sessions
• Explore and implement new Python tools, frameworks, and development techniques

Eligibility Criteria:
