Content Creator and Social Media Manager

About PSA Skincare - PSA Skincare is an independent skincare brand launched in 2024, focused on purposeful, science-backed formulations for all skin types. We are in an exciting stage of growth—our B2C is growing quickly, and we just launched our B2B sales on Faire, so we need someone to help us cut through the noise and make a real impact.

The Role - You'll drive our brand transformation through compelling content, social media growth, and retail partnership development. This is a hands-on role combining creative execution with strategic relationship-building – perfect for someone eager to shape a brand's visual identity across both DTC and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly create engaging social content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that brings our "Purposeful Skincare for All" positioning to life
• Build and grow our social media channels (primarily Instagram) with authentic, fun, and relatable content that drives engagement and conversions
• Launch our TikTok/YouTube/Pinterest channels and set regular posting schedules
• Coordinate with external photographers/videographers to produce fresh visual assets within monthly budgets
• Develop content calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand milestones

• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, engagement, reach, etc.) and iterate based on data

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years experience in content creation and social media management (skincare/beauty experience a plus)
• Strong visual storytelling skills with portfolio of Reels/short-form video content 
• Able to use creative content platforms like Artlist, Canva, etc. 
• Creative mindset with ability to execute quickly on limited budgets
• Data-literate – you understand what works and why
