We’re looking for a seasoned Enterprise Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships with financial institutions and large enterprises. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in enterprise sales or business development—preferably with experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.

• Drive and execute a business development strategy focused on enterprise-level partnerships across financial markets and adjacent sectors.
• Cultivate relationships with financial institutions, SaaS providers, and corporate partners to accelerate adoption of Gateway.fm’s Web3 infrastructure solutions.
• Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnership deals aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to position Gateway.fm in strategic enterprise markets.

• Serve as the primary liaison between enterprise clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery, and long-term success.
• Stay ahead of blockchain and infrastructure trends, and help translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.

• 8–10 years in business development or enterprise sales, with a focus on complex, high-value partnerships.
• Background in management consulting (Big 4 preferred), with experience advising or engaging enterprise clients.
• Strong network across financial markets and/or large enterprise ecosystems in North America or Europe.
• Working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, Ethereum scaling solutions, and decentralized technologies.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale enterprise engagements from opportunity to execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Early experience in SaaS implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Ethereum Layer 2 scaling roadmap, and relevant privacy and compliance technologies.
• Experience in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
