We’re supporting a global consumer technology platform looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to elevate a core user journey within a high-frequency, real-world service environment.
This role focuses on improving how users feel, perceive and interact with the platform during a critical stage of their experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Leading continuous discovery to uncover friction points across a key user journey
• Identifying perception gaps and improving trust signals

• Designing lightweight, personalised experience features

What They’re Looking For:
• 3+ years’ experience in Product Management
• Background in consumer products, marketplaces, on-demand services or trust-sensitive environments
• Strong discovery mindset and experience running experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis validation)
• Ability to solve behavioural and perception-driven challenges
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in ambiguous environments
• Fluent English
