Social Media Manager

Remote (Turkey) · Contract · $800-1,000/month

We help Turkish entrepreneurs establish companies in the US, Dubai, Hong Kong, and other international markets. We've supported 2,500+ company formations and continue to grow. We're looking for a creative individual to build and manage our social media presence.

The Role

You'll own our social media channels end-to-end - from content creation to publishing and engagement. This role combines design, video editing, and social media management in one position.

What you'll do:

• Create engaging visual content (posts, carousels, stories) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms


• Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)


• Plan and manage content calendar


• Write compelling captions in Turkish (and occasionally English)


• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages


• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements


• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt content accordingly

Requirements (All are mandatory)

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation


• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and video editing skills


• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools


• Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)


• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms


• Excellent written Turkish


• Basic English proficiency


• Self-organized and able to meet deadlines consistently


• Available full-time, Monday-Friday (Turkey timezone)

• You only do design OR only do video - we need both
