You can be our Marketing Automation Manager. This means you will own the CRM and automation ecosystem end to end. Your mission: turn data into behavior, behavior into engagement, and engagement into retention, revenue, and the happiness of our students and readers.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain all automated email/What’s App/ SMS journeys (trial → onboarding → retention → churn prevention → upsell).
- Audit existing flows and fix broken logic, overlaps, delays, and redundancy.
- Reduce manual campaigns by replacing them with structured automations.
- Improve conversion and retention rates through A/B testing and iteration.
- Regularly review performance and refine triggers, timing, and content.
- Analyze user behavior data (opens, clicks, purchases, course starts, engagement).
- Design and refine lead scoring models, ensuring high-intent leads.
- Build the automation logic behind campaigns so follow-ups, reminders, and targeting work properly.
- Work with our legacy CRM setup, improve and gradually restructure it where needed, and help us move toward a cleaner, more scalable automation system.
- Keep the CRM organized and documented so the system stays clear, scalable, and easy to manage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, reach out when you need support, raise concerns early, and help ensure we stay aligned and move in the same direction.

This is not a beginner role. You already understand lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and automation logic. We work with ActiveCampaign, so you need to be comfortable navigating complex systems and building structured automations.
Degree?
Nice to have, but not required. What matters more is your ability to solve problems and navigate challenges independently.
