Together with our Partner, the leading global manufacturer in aerospace industry, we invite you to discuss the role of Human Resource Manager.

Aim Of The Role

The aim is to act as a strategic and operational HR Manager to the Site Director and the management team while ensuring alignment with Group policies, standards and initiatives.

Scope Of Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the HR team across two manufacturing sites, promoting cooperation and improvement; drive post-merger HR integration.
  • Support managers in leadership, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Oversee recruitment and retention for white and blue collar employees; support employer branding.
  • Support the local deployment of a globally standardized cloud-based HR-Software, ensuring local customisation and user support.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, ensure HRIS data accuracy.
  • Oversee compensation analysis, manpower planning, and workforce budgeting.
  • Create HR procedures and processes.

Requirements

  • Higher education. Degree in appropriate discipline.
  • 5 or more years of experience in this position.
  • at least 10 years of total working experience. Preferably within a Manufacturing/Operations environment.
  • Experience in Sage / Infor / Comarch or similar.
  • Excellent in English speaking and writing.
  • Driving license.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in team management and coordination.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Agile in communication with employees and across management levels.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution.
