WebIT Solutions is a fast-growing digital marketing & AI automation agency working with high-value clients across Canada and the U.S. We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who understands modern SEO, rankings, conversions, and long-term growth.
If you live and breathe SEO and want to work on real businesses (not spammy projects), this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for local & national SEO
- Optimize website structure, content, internal linking, and page speed
- Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush
- Build and oversee high-quality backlink strategies
- Optimize Google Business Profiles for local SEO
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare monthly reports
- Collaborate with web designers, developers, and ad teams
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates & SEO best practices

Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist (3 + years, agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, indexing, schema, etc.)
- Experience ranking websites for competitive keywords
- Comfortable with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
