Monday to Friday | Night Shift | Remote


About the Role: 


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the marketing operations team across multiple telehealth brands.

This role focuses on streamlining day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating across teams, and ensuring consistent execution of social media, customer engagement, and brand communications.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, can manage competing priorities effectively, and takes full ownership of responsibilities to keep marketing operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:


  • Support marketing leadership and team members with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
  • Schedule and manage social media posts across multiple brands using scheduling tools
  • Assist in creating and maintaining content calendars across platforms
  • Coordinate newsletters, marketing campaigns, and promotional communications
  • Monitor and manage customer reviews, comments, and social media engagement
  • Assist with referral tracking and engagement initiatives
  • Monitor social media channels, escalate concerns appropriately, and support community engagement efforts
  • Work within project management systems to track tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Stay aligned with ongoing marketing initiatives across multiple verticals
  • Support onboarding and coordination of system access, tools, and communications as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency and productivity

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years plus experience managing social media accounts or marketing operations for multiple clients or brands.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to manage high workloads while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working within project management and scheduling tools.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience scheduling social media posts and managing engagement.
  • Exposure to customer engagement workflows and review management.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern productivity platforms.
  • Experience supporting marketing or executive leadership teams.
