Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a proprietary lending management platform. This role sits at the intersection of technology, product, and business, translating strategic vision into a scalable, secure, and compliant fintech solution.
You will work closely with the Product Owner, engineering leadership, and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver complex software initiatives. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing sprint velocity, loan lifecycle workflows, and AI-assisted requirements analysis.
What You'll Own
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a multi-phase software project
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to translate business goals into clear requirements
- Own scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and communication
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure consistent delivery cadence
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, compliance, and vendors
- Apply business analysis and product thinking to backlog prioritization
- Leverage AI tools to improve project management, requirements, and design
- Identify and mitigate fintech-specific risks
- Provide executive-level reporting
- Drive continuous improvement
