Job Description
Wow House Studio is looking for a mid to senior-level website designer to join our team full time. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys owning full websites end-to-end, thinking deeply about UX and UI, and designing work that is meant to be built and maintained, not just admired in Figma.
You will be the primary website designer across our client work.
You will design full websites from early exploration through final handoff. This includes UX, UI, layout systems, and component thinking. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, Jonah and Robin, and developers, but you’ll be trusted to make strong design decisions independently.
Most projects begin with exploration and discovery. We expect designers to explore multiple directions early, then refine one concept into a polished, high-fidelity design that is ready for development.
You will work across a wide range of clients and industries, and each project is expected to feel intentional, thoughtful, and distinct.
- Designing full websites from wireframe through final design
- Leading UX and UI decisions across pages and flows
- Creating layouts, components, and prototypes that translate cleanly into Webflow
- Designing with CMS, scalability, and reusability in mind
- Exploring multiple design concepts before refining a final direction
- Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are build-ready
- Adapting your design approach to different brands, industries, and goals
- Communicating clearly, asking questions, and contributing ideas early
You will not be required to build in Webflow, but an understanding of Webflow constraints and best practices is important.

Wow House Studio is a design and development studio that builds custom websites for clients who care deeply about quality, storytelling, and long-term maintainability. Our work spans multiple industries, and every project is treated as a unique problem to solve, not a template to reuse.
We focus on creating websites that are not only visually strong, but also intuitive to use, easy to maintain, and built to support real business goals. Our process is collaborative, thoughtful, and intentional, with an emphasis on clarity, craftsmanship, and trust.
We work closely as a small team, value curiosity and open communication, and take pride in doing work we genuinely stand behind. Quality matters here, both in what we build and how we work together.
