The Events Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact events that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across enterprise and mid-market audiences. This role is responsible for delivering seamless in-person, virtual, and hybrid event experiences while partnering closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships. You will manage budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site operations, ensuring every event meets defined success metrics and business objectives. You will also analyze event performance, optimize formats, and continuously improve attendee engagement. Accountabilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee a portfolio of events, including major conferences, trade shows, executive roundtables, and virtual programs
- Manage end-to-end event operations, from strategy and budgeting to vendor coordination, staffing, and on-site execution
- Define event goals, success metrics, and deliver post-event reporting tied to engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI
- Collaborate with Demand Generation to drive event promotion, registration, and conversion across the funnel
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to deliver integrated programs that support business growth
- Manage external agencies, production vendors, and venues, ensuring high-quality experiences for attendees
- Continuously test and optimize event formats, activations, and attendee experiences to maximize impact

- 5+ years of events marketing experience with a focus on demand generation
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Strong experience with event-related tasks and deadlines, demonstrating high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, work collaboratively, and think creatively under pressure
- Nice to have: experience with Pardot or other marketing automation tools and healthcare industry exposure
- Competitive salary range: $115,000–$135,000 USD (excluding discretionary bonus or equity)
