About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate with researchers to build high-quality datasets, evaluate AI-generated code, and design verification systems that assess model performance across the software development lifecycle. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on improving AI-driven coding capabilities at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate high-quality code examples and build reference solutions in:
- Python
- JavaScript (including ReactJS)
- C/C++
- Java
- Rust
- Go
- Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and reliability
- Build agents and verification systems to automatically assess code quality
- Hypothesize and evaluate model performance across software engineering lifecycle stages (architecture, API design, implementation, launch, monitoring, maintenance)
- Design automated validation mechanisms for software engineering tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to benchmark AI-driven coding solutions against industry standards

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years of continuous full-time experience at a leading product-focused technology company
- Strong full-stack development experience with production-grade, scalable systems
- Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, debugging, and code review processes
- Experience building and deploying modern applications using contemporary tools and frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for structured technical evaluations
