With all services handled in-house, from design to execution, the company is focused on delivering high-quality transformations that enhance both lifestyle and property value.

As the brand continues to grow, we are now bringing social media content creation fully in-house and are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead this function.

🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will take ownership of our content strategy, creation, and publishing across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, trend-aware, and passionate about visual storytelling, particularly within real estate, interiors, and renovation projects.

You will work closely with the marketing team and project teams to capture and showcase transformations, behind-the-scenes work, and completed projects.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content calendars

• Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Film on-site content at renovation and fit-out project locations

• Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content

• Maintain brand consistency across all social channels

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns

• Monitor engagement, growth metrics, and performance analytics

• Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates

✅ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media/content creation

• Portfolio or examples of social media work (personal or professional)

• Hands-on experience filming and editing content

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing platforms

• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback

• Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude

• Interest or experience in real estate, interiors, or fit-out projects

• Experience managing brand accounts

• Knowledge of social media analytics tools

📍 Location & Work Model

• On-site presence required for filming content at project locations

• Remote work flexibility for editing and scheduling

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• AED 6,000 – 12,000 per month (inclusive of bonuses/KPIs)

• Medical insurance

• Visa sponsorship provided
