POSITION | UAE Location

Office Manager | Fujairah UAE

LOCATION

Fujairah, UAE

Client will provide a visa and relocation if not local.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all office operations and administrative procedures to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a high level of discretion, flexibility, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage confidential information while supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced professional environment.

Qualifications / Certification / Licenses

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience as an Office Manager or Executive / Office Assistant
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a professional, fast-paced office environment
  • High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies
  • Respond to staff queries relating to office procedures, equipment, travel, and logistics

Facility Management

  • Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, organized, and fully operational
  • Coordinate with external service providers including cleaning, maintenance, catering, and security

Technology & Communication

  • Build, manage, and maintain SharePoint systems to support office operations
  • Oversee office IT infrastructure including computers, networks, and software
  • Provide basic IT support and liaise with external IT providers when required
  • Ensure all office communication systems are functioning efficiently

Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Take meeting minutes, prepare action lists, and follow up on deliverables
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Conduct research and compile reports for executive review
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally and efficiently

Project Management

  • Support the planning and execution of internal projects and initiatives
  • Track project timelines and provide progress updates
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work independently while managing competing priorities

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external parties
  • Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication and follow-up

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
