  • 10+ years marketing leadership in consumer tech, marketplaces, or B2C
  • Proven scaler: Experience growing from €xx-xxxM+ revenue stages, ideally Nordics → Europe
  • Full-stack expertise: Paid social/search, SEO/organic, partnerships, content/brand, product marketing, analytics
  • Data-first growth hacker: Deep fluency in attribution, LTV/CAC, experimentation (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google/Meta Ads)
  • Commercial operator: Comfortable with P&L, forecasting, cross-functional leadership (Product, Sales, Ops)
  • EU market savvy: Nordics essential and a track record in DACH, UK, Benelux, or France a strong plus
