Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Chain Protocol Engineer. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing blockchain protocol components that support secure voice-linked digital infrastructure. The position focuses on protocol-level engineering, performance optimization, and secure distributed system design rather than application-layer development.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing core blockchain protocol logic, improving consensus performance, implementing cryptographic mechanisms, supporting node architecture, and collaborating with infrastructure and security teams. The Chain Protocol Engineer will contribute to the design of scalable and resilient blockchain systems that underpin identity, authentication, and smart contract functionality.

Qualifications

• Experience in blockchain protocol engineering or distributed systems development
• Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms, networking, and cryptographic primitives
• Proficiency in systems programming languages such as Rust, Go, or C++
• Experience working with node architecture, peer-to-peer networking, and performance optimization

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual compensation package aligned with Singapore market standards for protocol engineering roles. The position is fully remote within Singapore and includes a discretionary bonus component. Base salary range: SGD 180,000 to 240,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus
