🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Source and identify high-potential candidates through research and outreach
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess fit
  • Support the end-to-end executive recruitment process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Assist with market mapping and talent insights reporting
✅ Requirements
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related internships/projects
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools or platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is a plus)
  • Based in Singapore with legal authorization to work full-time
