We’re hiring a Performance Video Editor and Motion Designer (Paid Social) to help us turn ideas into videos that actually drive results.


This is a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with Media, Design, and Marketing to transform briefs, insights, and performance data into clear, engaging creatives built to convert.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys execution. Someone who understands hooks, pacing, motion, and structure, and knows how to craft videos that perform in real campaigns.

🟑 About the role

We’re looking for a creative and performance-minded Video Editor to join our team and help us produce high-impact video content for social media. You’ll be responsible for editing and animating ads, UGC-style videos, and short-form content designed to grab attention and drive results.

This role sits closely with Design, Marketing, and Growth, so you should be comfortable translating creative direction into fast, engaging videos optimized for social platforms.


🟑 What you’ll do

Edit and produce short-form videos for paid and organic social (Meta, TikTok, etc.),

Create motion graphics and simple animations for ads and brand content,

Edit UGC-style videos (cuts, pacing, captions, hooks, sound effects),

Adapt and resize videos for different platforms and formats,

Collaborate with designers and marketers to iterate on creatives based on performance,

Apply subtitles, transitions, sound design, and basic color correction,

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment,


🟑 Requirements

Proven experience editing videos for social media ads or digital content,

Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro,

Experience with After Effects or motion graphics tools,

Solid understanding of short-form content pacing, hooks, and storytelling,

Ability to work with brand guidelines and creative direction,

Portfolio or samples showing ads, motion, or UGC-style videos,
