• Platform Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of our identity and document verification platform.
• Technology Strategy: Define and implement the technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Leadership: Build and manage a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Product Vision: Collaborate with the founding team to refine the product vision and align it with market needs.
• Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced technologies like AI, machine learning, and blockchain for enhanced verification processes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the platform meets high standards of performance, security, and usability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key technical liaison with investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure the platform's compliance with relevant standards and laws.

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in software development, preferably in identity verification, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading and managing a technical team.
• Full-Stack Knowledge: Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, APIs, and cloud services.

• Startup Experience: Prior experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable.
