The Opportunity

As a Digital Marketing you will support campaign launches, landing page creation, CRM updates, and ad customization across multiple markets.

You will play a key role in ensuring marketing campaigns are properly structured, localized, tracked, and connected to operational workflows, keeping both the marketing and dispatch sides aligned.

Your Responsibilities

• Research competitors and create landing pages for campaigns (ChatGPT scripting, content development, structure)

• Duplicate and customize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns (update cities, phone numbers, keywords, and assets)
• Manage CRM data entry and ensure dispatch center receives and forwards calls to subcontractors via WhatsApp
• Source and edit marketing assets (images and videos) for Facebook Ads and other campaigns
• Acquire tracking phone numbers from call tracking software and update landing pages (logos, names, city-specific details)
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure campaigns are properly tracked

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media/marketing and virtual assistant roles
• Strong experience with landing pages, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM systems, and call tracking software
• Ability to execute quickly with minimal supervision
