About Intuitive Websites
Intuitive Websites is a fully remote, boutique digital marketing agency serving small to mid-sized B2B companies across the United States. Our mission is simple: help great companies grow.
We partner with businesses to execute strategic, results-driven digital marketing programs — from websites and SEO to content, social media, and email marketing. We are client-obsessed, driven by excellence, and committed to growing alongside the ever-evolving digital landscape, including leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
If you’re looking to launch your agency career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll learn quickly and grow into an Account Manager role, this could be the perfect opportunity.
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and executing maintenance-tier digital marketing programs for a portfolio of smaller-budget B2B clients.
These clients typically receive services such as:
- Monthly social media calendars
- Monthly blog content
- Ongoing SEO optimization
- Monthly newsletters
- Website content updates and light edits
- Ad hoc digital marketing support
This role is highly execution- and organization-focused. You will manage tasks from assignment to completion inside our project management platform (Bonsai), coordinate with our production team, communicate with clients, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
This is an ideal entry-level role for a recent marketing, communications, or advertising graduate eager to learn the inner workings of agency life.
- Manage assigned maintenance-tier client accounts and deliverables
- Move tasks through all stages in Bonsai from assignment to completion
- Clearly communicate project requirements to internal team members
- Ensure deadlines are met and timelines are proactively managed
- Provide consistent updates to clients on deliverables and status
- Seek client feedback and approvals on content and assets
- Monitor client budgets vs. team time logged to ensure profitability
- Identify and communicate scope or budget risks proactively
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients
- Communicate primarily via email, with some monthly or ad hoc calls
- Schedule, prepare for, and lead client meetings as needed
- Pull in subject matter experts (SEO, design, development, etc.) when appropriate
- Over-communicate to ensure clarity and alignment
- Collaborate with digital marketing strategists, content writers, designers, developers, SEO specialists, email marketing specialists, and social media specialists
- Ensure all production team members receive clear direction and complete information
- Store and organize client assets, approvals, and documentation properly
- Maintain strong internal communication loops between client and team
