We're working with a national leader in essential transit and mobility solutions on this exciting opportunity.


Are you a master of the hunt? We are looking for a high-energy Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our talent pipeline for a massive multi-state operation. You will leverage advanced boolean strings, social engineering, and passive outreach to identify top-tier leadership and operations talent in a fast-paced environment.


The Role

• Lead aggressive passive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates for both exempt and non-exempt salaried positions.

• Utilize advanced internet searching, social media mining, and LinkedIn Recruiter to build robust talent maps and pipelines.

• Partner directly with Regional Recruiting teams to influence strategy, drive candidate engagement, and optimize platform selection.

• Execute comprehensive phone screens and manage candidates through the ATS lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch experience.

• Build strategic relationships with external resources including military organizations, community groups, and professional networks.


What You'll Need

• At least 5+ years of dedicated experience in high-volume sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles.

• Proven mastery of creative sourcing techniques beyond job boards, including cold calling, direct sourcing, and networking.

• Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data reporting to track KPIs like time-to-fill and turnover rates.

• Solid understanding of state and federal employment laws (EEOC, FLSA) as they relate to recruitment practices.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and build rapport with passive talent.
