Technical Recruiter:

Our client is seeking a high-volume Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and specialized roles. This position acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers, focusing on identifying top-tier talent, managing complex salary negotiations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.


Applicant & Creative Recruitment Management:

  • Reviews and screens applicants daily to ensure qualified candidates are forwarded to hiring managers.
  • Facilitates the interview process and utilizes behavioral-based techniques to target desired skill sets.
  • Manages the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and superior customer service.
  • Creates cost-effective marketing and branding strategies to attract specialized IT talent.
  • Networks with academic institutions, professional organizations, and trade groups to build a robust pipeline.
  • Leads social and professional sourcing initiatives to identify future targeted hires.


Compensation & Compliance Management:

  • Partners with hiring managers to ensure position descriptions are accurate before posting.
  • Consults on compensation levels based on candidate experience, market data, and internal equity.
  • Extends formal offers, negotiates salaries, and coordinates sign-on or relocation allowances.
  • Manages all required licensure, certifications, and pre-employment documentation for new hires.
  • Ensures recruitment processes comply with federal and state employment laws, OFCCP regulations, and labor contracts.


Project & Process Improvement:

  • Coaches and mentors recruiting support staff to improve onboarding efficiencies.
  • Uses operational analysis and benchmarking to support leadership in personnel projections.
  • Serves as a project lead for staffing initiatives driven by the HR strategic plan.
  • Refines department processes to create a more streamlined and efficient hiring cycle.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of high-volume IT recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Familiarity with Epic is required.
  • Experience recruiting within a hospital or healthcare environment is highly desired.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Internet sourcing is required.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Lawson, Workday) or unionized environments is a plus.


Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
