Job Title: AI Security Operations Engineer

Job Location: 100% REMOTE

Project Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension

(Troubleshooting & Tuning experience and Prisma AIRS or Glean exp)

(W2 Position)

Job Summary:

We’re looking for an AI Security Operations Engineer to support secure operation and monitoring of enterprise AI platforms, with a strong focus on Palo Alto Prisma AIRS.

You’ll partner with security, cloud, and engineering teams to enable safe, scalable AI adoption.

What you’ll do:

• Onboard and secure AI platforms & AI-enabled SaaS into Prisma AIRS or Glean

• Configure, tune, and monitor AI security policies (reduce false positives)

• Identify and remediate AI runtime risks across AWS/GCP

• Support tools like Microsoft Copilot, TrueFoundry, n8n, Glean

• Track remediation, metrics, and AI security posture

• Assist with AI-related security incidents and runbooks

Must-haves:

• 5+ years in security/cloud/platform operations

• 2+ years supporting AI platforms or AI-enabled SaaS

• AWS or GCP security operations experience

• Strong troubleshooting & tuning skills

• Scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash)

• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications/ Nice to have::

• Experience operating AI security or runtime monitoring platforms such as Palo Alto Prisma AIRS or similar tools.

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

• Microsoft Copilot (M365, Copilot Studio)

• TrueFoundry or similar ML/LLM orchestration platforms

• n8n or other automation/workflow platforms

• Glean or enterprise AI search solutions

• AI services in AWS (e.g., Bedrock-based workloads) or GCP (e.g., Vertex AI)

• Familiarity with AI/LLM security risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, over-privileged agents, and unintended automation.
