Overview:

Our banking client’s Enterprise Transformation Delivery team is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to support various transformative projects in Finance related to ARCS and AMCS.The selected PM will work closely with Finance teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders to maintain disciplined execution, ensure governance compliance, and keep delivery on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and drive project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and overall governance.

• Coordinate across finance, tech, and transformation teams in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
• Proactively surface risks and ensure timely mitigation.
• Support workstreams involving data movement, financial reporting, and regulatory components as needed.
• Use tools such as Jira, MS Planner, Power BI, and Power Apps to manage delivery.
• Embed closely with the team and act as a hands-on, execution-focused PM.
• Provide clear, consistent reporting to leadership.

Required Experience:

• Strong project management background with a hands-on execution style.

• Ability to drive complex multi-year programs without being a passive coordinator
• ARCS or AMCS experience within the Financial services industry.
• Risk Management experience and regulatory data reporting understanding
• Strong governance and communication skills.
• Experience using 1-2 of the following: Jira, MS Planner, Power BI, Power Apps
• Excellent communication and proactive approach

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Power Apps
