We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to support our client, a national investment company, in a fully remote, long-term contract capacity. This is a high-impact role embedded within the marketing team, partnering directly with senior leadership to shape and execute integrated digital campaigns across multiple programs. You’ll take ownership of campaign strategy and execution—from developing clear, actionable briefs to managing paid social, optimizing user journeys, and ensuring seamless website updates that support business goals.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and operator: highly organized, analytically minded, and confident leading cross-functional collaboration with designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders. You thrive in environments where you can bring structure to complexity, translate data into insight, and continuously improve performance. Experience supporting both consumer and business-oriented audiences is strongly preferred.
Rate: $50/hr.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a predictable campaign calendar in partnership with marketing leadership.
- Own the creation of strategic briefs and facilitate cross-functional kickoff and status meetings.
- Manage campaigns from concept through launch, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Track performance metrics and deliver post-launch analytics and insights.
- Own paid social channels across multiple communities.
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to develop briefs and messaging strategies.
- Manage internal creative resources and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn).
- Partner with stakeholders to understand audience behaviors and conversion paths.
- Identify pain points, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and conversion performance.
- Coordinate and manage website updates in alignment with campaigns, events, and announcements.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate content updates.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and user experience across digital touchpoints.
- Analyze performance across Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Provide clear reporting to senior leadership.

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta and LinkedIn required).
- Strong campaign planning and cross-functional project management skills.
- Experience developing strategic briefs and managing agency partners.
- Demonstrated expertise in user journey mapping and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Experience managing website content updates (CMS familiarity preferred).
- Ability to balance B2C and B2B marketing audiences.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
