Job Overview

This is a player-coach role for a self-directed marketer who can think strategically and isn’t afraid to execute. You’ll report directly to our COO and work alongside our external marketing agency to own Proseer’s content and marketing presence across all channels. You’ll build the strategy, run the programs, and do the work yourself — this is not a role that manages a team to get things done.

Responsibilities

•       Own Proseer’s content strategy and editorial calendar across all channels — LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms

•       Create and repurpose content optimized for each channel — turning long-form video into short clips, thought leadership into social posts, and webinars into multi-format assets

•       Manage and grow our YouTube presence including weekly video publishing, SEO optimization, and channel growth

•       Launch and run a weekly webinar program — topic development, promotion, hosting coordination, and content repurposing post-event

•       Identify and build out additional content channels and formats with directional input from leadership

•       Manage social media presence across all platforms with a focus on consistent posting, engagement, and audience growth

•       Plan and coordinate small client and prospect events and dinners (1–3 per year)

•       Identify and manage award and recognition submissions to build Proseer’s firm credibility

•       Manage CRM intake and pipeline reporting in Pipedrive — keeping data clean and producing regular reports for leadership

•       Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with our external marketing agency, keeping projects on track and aligned

•       Support ad hoc marketing projects as the firm grows



Preferred Qualifications

•       3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably at a small company or agency where you owned multiple functions simultaneously

•       Proven ability to build and execute a content strategy — not just follow one

•       Hands-on experience with multi-channel content creation and repurposing across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

•       Experience launching or managing webinar programs

•       Strong writing skills with the ability to match a professional, approachable brand voice

•       Comfortable with YouTube content workflows, SEO optimization, and channel growth

•       Organized, self-directed, and accountable — you build the plan and hit your own deadlines without being micromanaged

•       Experience with CRM tools — Pipedrive is a plus
