Job Description


About the Opportunity:


This role is for a Digital Marketing Manager focused on driving global customer acquisition for both B2B and B2C segments. The position requires a balance of analytical skills and creative experimentation to launch campaigns, optimize funnels, and manage key performance indicators that support product-led growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Product Marketing, Product, Data, Operations, and Leadership is essential to accelerate acquisition efforts. The environment is fast-paced, ambiguous, and demanding, suited for a testing-obsessed and scrappy marketer.


Responsibilities:


• Manage paid acquisition programs across SEM and paid social channels including TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and Reddit.

• Develop and own a quarterly roadmap prioritizing audience segmentation, creative optimization, and new channel testing.

• Monitor key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and CTR across campaigns.

• Handle reporting, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient and scalable growth.

• Collaborate with Web, Creative, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to optimize briefs, ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for acquisition.


Requirements:


• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition with strong expertise in SEM and paid social.

• Proficiency with tools like Looker, AppsFlyer, SQL, and Excel.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Hubspot or SalesForce.

• Strong instincts for landing page and ad copy effectiveness with a focus on structured testing.

• Detail-oriented and methodical in test design, data review, and QA of ad content.

• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or startups is beneficial.

• Self-motivated, action-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
