TERM: Full-Time permanent
Compensation Range: £80,000-£90,000
(Depending on Experience) + 15% Bonus

Position Overview
Quid is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Technology to lead the systems, data, and IT capabilities that shape the digital employee experience at Quid. This role owns how employees interact with internal tools, workflows, and data across the company.
This is a high visibility position - you will partner with company leadership and various teams to identify key opportunities for optimization and transformation across the company. You will play a key role in operationalizing our company strategy.
Quid’s technology stack includes Salesforce Sales Cloud, Microsoft, and a growing ecosystem of integrated tools such as NetSuite, Dealhub, Celigo, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau, N8N, Intercom, Gong, Gearset, AliCloud and DBT. We support 100+ employees across the company across the US, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
Responsibilities
- Business Systems Management
- Own the design and implementation of internal systems including CRM, BI, CPQ, forecasting and revenue operations tooling
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies, system upgrades, and organizational change.
- Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the IT function and the wider organization.
- Research, architect and implement large-scale tool migration projects, including CPQ, CRM and BI tools
- Manage software spend and vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement of business technology to suit the company needs and proactive identification of cost-saving opportunities
- Serve as the internal product owner for business systems, ensuring data integrity, usability and adoption
- Partner with Sales, Services, Finance, and Technical Program Managers to gather business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Audit and optimize system configurations (fields, objects, flows, integrations) to reduce technical debt and improve performance
- Oversee the development of Salesforce platform and integration with third-party tools, particularly with NetSuite, Dealhub and HubSpot
- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure reliable data pipelines and models supporting analytics and reporting
- Lead sprint planning for development of internal business systems ensuring on-time development
- IT & Cybersecurity
- Act as hands-on owner of ISO/SOC compliance programs, including control execution, evidence collection, and audit management
- Oversee employee IT support and helpdesk operations
- Lead employee training and communication regarding security best practices
- Lead vendor security assessments and ongoing risk reviews
- Define and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard company data and assets
- Oversee company-wide equipment strategy and lifecycle management, ensuring performance, reliability, and availability.

- 7-10 years of experience with IT and/or Technical Business Operations with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role and a proven track record in change management, and company-wide system implementations.
- Experience with solution engineering and IT infrastructure design with a focus on intelligent automation and employee experience
- Experience in a Salesforce Architect role in technology companies with SaaS/service business models
- Strong experience with SQL, JavaScript, JSON, data engineering and analytics
- Experience with key integrations such as Celigo, Looker, Dealhub, and marketing automation tools
- Experience with API and developing internal tools using n8n, Postman, Retool, Claude, Lovable, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including leading sprints to ensure the efficient delivery of business systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience partnering with Sales, Services, Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Operations leadership
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and resolving issues quickly while being detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Customer service attitude and experience resolving issues across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
