Job Description
eTeacher Group is growing, and this is your opportunity to join a global, fast-moving EdTech company shaping the future of online education.
eTeacher Group is an EdTech pioneer delivering high-quality live online courses to over 50,000 students worldwide each year. With more than 550 employees and a rapidly evolving Learning Platform, we remain at the forefront of educational innovation. Our strategy is clear: create personalized, outcome-focused learning experiences powered by advanced teaching methodologies and cutting-edge AI technologies.
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager who truly understands lifecycle marketing - not just the tools, but the logic behind them. Someone who can build smart automations, meaningful segmentation, and scalable systems that leverage data to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
This role owns the CRM and automation ecosystem end-to-end.
Your mission: turn data into behavior, behavior into engagement, and engagement into retention, revenue, and student satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Audit existing flows and fix broken logic, overlaps, delays, redundancies, and structural issues.
- Replace manual campaigns with structured, scalable automation systems.
- Improve conversion and retention through continuous A/B testing and iteration.
- Analyze user behavior data (opens, clicks, purchases, course starts, engagement metrics).
- Design and refine lead scoring models to identify high-intent prospects.
- Build structured follow-up logic, reminders, and targeting flows to support campaigns.
- Work within our existing CRM setup, improve and gradually restructure it toward a cleaner, more scalable architecture.
- Maintain CRM health, documentation, clarity, and long-term maintainability.
- Support UTM tracking and attribution logic to ensure proper data flow and performance measurement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, align stakeholders, raise concerns early, and ensure projects move forward efficiently.
