Job Details:

• Job Title: Business Analyst
• Initial Term: 6 months, with potential for ongoing
• Location: Fully remote, anywhere in Australia

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyse large volumes of raw data from multiple sources
• Slice and segment data to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate findings effectively
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Provide recommendations based on quantitative analysis to improve processes and performance
• Offer guidance on data structures to maximise the value of collected data

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• Ability to manipulate and interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly
• Experience identifying trends and turning them into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
