The Role

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the client relationship post-sale.

Your primary metric: maximize platform usage and compliance completion rates.

You will be responsible for driving onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.


Key Focus Areas

Onboarding – Guide customers to first value quickly

Adoption – Drive ongoing engagement and usage

Renewal & Growth – Surface wins and identify expansion opportunities


What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer messages within 5 minutes
  • Conduct regular check-ins to demonstrate ROI
  • Proactively drive product adoption across accounts
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Partner with high-growth companies
  • Ensure customer teams clearly understand the value delivered


What We’re Looking For

  • Information security audit experience or hands-on experience with SOC 2 / ISO compliance
  • Experience handling a high volume of repetitive, ticket-based tasks
  • Experience working with startups or high-growth technology companies
