STAND 8 is seeking a Corporate Recruiting Manager with direct experience hiring technology staffing and IT solutions sales professionals. In this highly visible role, you will partner with executive and sales leadership to scale national revenue teams, influence workforce planning, and directly impact company growth.


Overview

This role is dedicated to recruiting quota-carrying sales professionals within a technology staffing and consulting environment. You will drive hiring strategy across key U.S. markets, build competitive talent pipelines, and help shape the infrastructure, tools, and processes that support aggressive expansion goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technology staffing and IT solutions sales roles, including Account Executives, Business Development Managers, and Account Managers
  • Align hiring roadmaps with revenue targets and national expansion plans
  • Recruit passive, high-performing sales talent from competitors and adjacent markets
  • Manage candidate pre-closing and offer negotiations tied to commission-heavy compensation models
  • Track and deliver against KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and quality-of-hire
  • Partner on workforce planning, compensation alignment, and territory buildout strategy
  • Mentor junior recruiters and elevate performance standards across the recruiting team
  • Implement sourcing innovations, tools, and process improvements to scale efficiently


Required Qualifications

  • Direct, recent experience recruiting technology staffing and IT solutions sales professionals is required
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within a technology staffing, consulting, or solutions environment
  • Proven success hiring quota-carrying, revenue-generating sales roles
  • Deep understanding of staffing sales metrics, compensation structures, and commission accelerators
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit passive sales talent in highly competitive markets
  • Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS platforms, and networking strategies
  • Experience managing recruiting metrics in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong negotiation, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling sales teams during high-growth phases
  • Background influencing recruiting strategy, workforce planning, or compensation modeling
  • Experience mentoring recruiters or leading recruiting initiatives
  • Familiar with Bullhorn or similar ATS

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $60,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications
