Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment aligned with PST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web/mobile applications using industry-standard frameworks.
• Perform thorough manual testing (functional, regression, smoke, integration, UAT) to ensure complete coverage.

• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution through close collaboration with development teams.
• Build and enhance test plans, test cases, and testing strategies for new and existing features.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to quality discussions, and advocate for testability and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5+ years of QA experience across manual and automation testing.

• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman/Newman, or similar.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, API testing, CI/CD, and version control systems (Git).

• Familiarity with bug-tracking and agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in remote teams.
