Employee Relations Specialist
Remote | Full-Time | Supporting U.S. Workforce Programs
Tailored Management is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support our U.S. contingent workforce programs. This role delivers high-quality HR service in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, with a strong focus on compliance, leave administration, employee relations, and risk mitigation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume employee relations cases through a shared HR inbox, meeting defined SLAs.
- Conduct coaching conversations, performance discussions, assignment end communications, and policy notifications.
- Administer U.S. FMLA, ADA accommodations, personal leaves, and applicable state and local leave laws.
- Partner with Payroll on attendance, PTO, and mandated sick/safe leave compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and HRIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies while supporting engagement and retention initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of U.S.-based HR experience, including high-volume FMLA, ADA, leave administration, and employee relations case management.
- Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, service-oriented environment with professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 required); bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of multi-state employment law preferred.
