Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Manager, IT Operations to oversee the organization’s internal technology environment supporting U.S. operations. This role is responsible for IT governance, platform administration, vendor management, cybersecurity coordination, and oversight of a Tier 1/2 support team serving 200+ users.
Responsibilities:
- Own the IT roadmap, policies, and operational governance
- Manage core platforms: Google Workspace, Slack workflows, and RingCentral
- Coordinate with external MSP handling AWS infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Oversee device lifecycle management (Windows and Chromebooks)
- Lead Tier 1/2 support team (access, onboarding/offboarding, troubleshooting)
- Ensure SLA compliance and vendor accountability
- Drive cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability testing and phishing awareness
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring tickets

Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of experience in IT Operations or Service Management
- Experience managing external vendors or MSPs
- Strong background in IT governance and SLA management
- Hands-on experience with core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace preferred)
- Experience in endpoint management and device lifecycle oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Root cause–driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
