What are we looking for?
We are seeking highly skilled Senior System Administrators to support and maintain our large-scale Windows Server environments during night-shift operations. These roles will oversee critical infrastructure tasks, including server patching, troubleshooting, monitoring, and ensuring the health and performance of more than 1,000 Windows-based servers operating on VMware.
Skills Required
- 7+ years experience in large-scale enterprise server environments.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, administration).
- Hands-on experience with SCCM or WSUS for patch deployment and updates.
- Commvault backup administration.
- VMware virtual infrastructure management.
- Experience tuning or enhancing monitoring alert logic (LogicMonitor)
- Perform advanced Windows Server administration, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and monitor nightly server patching cycles to ensure successful execution across 1000+ servers.
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and operational issues, ensuring timely remediation and escalation when needed.
- Maintain the stability and performance of VMware-based virtual environments.
- Participate in a rotating weekend on‑call roster.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to maintain infrastructure standards, security controls, and system reliability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, documentation updates, and operational procedures.
- Review and respond to monitoring alerts (LogicMonitor training will be provided)
