Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This isn’t a role for someone who needs a roadmap; we need a seasoned pro who can take over a client marketing retainer and run it end-to-end.


You will be responsible for owning the strategy, the technical execution, and the results. If you are an expert at designing and executing marketing campaigns that move the needle, and you love HubSpot, we want to talk to you. This role requires a "consultant mindset" where you anticipate client needs and execute without constant oversight.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ownership: Lead and execute full-funnel marketing programs and growth strategies for multiple client accounts.
  • HubSpot Mastery: Act as the technical lead for campaign setup, automation, lead scoring, and reporting within the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • High-Impact Content: Write & edit marketing copy across blogs, landing pages, emails, and ads.
  • Executive Presence: Ghostwrite thought leadership and LinkedIn content for client stakeholders and executives.
  • Social Architecture: Build and manage social media calendars and omni-channel publishing
  • Creative Oversight: Create and format supporting visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track performance and pivot strategies based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline results.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, stakeholder reviews, and approvals to keep production on track in a fast-paced environment.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or campaign management.
  • HubSpot Expert: This is a firm requirement. You must have deep, mastery-level experience in HubSpot (implementation and optimization). This will be evaluated with a technical assessment
  • Proven Results: Demonstrated experience in executing B2B marketing programs that drive measurable growth.
  • Writing Excellence: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice across various industries.
  • Autonomy: A proven ability to take over a client account and run the "marketing engine" independently. We need someone who can own and manage THEIR client
  • Communication: Sharp Slack and email communication skills; you must be comfortable navigating feedback and approvals quickly.
  • Problem Solver: A proactive mindset focused on delivering solutions, not just identifying problems.

  • Direct marketing experience within the Healthcare Industry.
