This is more than campaign management.
As a Senior Brand Acceleration Specialist, you will become a strategic partner to the brands we serve. You’ll drive visibility, revenue, and operational excellence across Amazon and Walmart by owning advertising strategy, performance tracking, and creative alignment.
You’ll work across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, SEO/keyword analysis, listing optimizations, A/B testing, and troubleshooting.
But it’s not just about pulling levers — it’s about understanding why each lever matters and driving performance with intention.
You'll collaborate with designers, analysts, founders, and operators to help brands move from $50K/month to $500K/month and beyond.
A typical day might include:
- Reviewing ad performance across multiple marketplaces and reallocating budget based on TACoS, organic rank, and ACOS trends.
- Launching Sponsored Brands campaigns for a new product and coordinating creative with design.
- Pulling Search Query Performance reports to identify share-of-voice opportunities.
- Meeting with a client to align on quarterly goals and testing budgets.
- Troubleshooting Buy Box or listing suppression issues impacting CVR.
- Mentoring a junior team member on keyword segmentation by funnel stage.

This role is hands-on, strategic, and cross-functional. Every week brings new challenges — brand launches, product rescues, or scaling what’s already working.
- Build and execute advertising strategies across Amazon and Walmart.
- Oversee campaign launches, budget allocation, harvesting, negation, and bid optimization.
- Monitor TACoS, ACOS, ROAS, CVR, and organic rank to guide decisions.
- Audit listings for conversion and indexing gaps.
- Align creative strategy with keyword intent.
- Implement SEO-driven updates in titles, bullets, A+, and backend fields.
- Act as day-to-day strategic lead for assigned accounts.
- Proactively communicate risks, wins, and opportunities.
- Translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to internal SOP development.
- Support onboarding and training of junior specialists.
