Now we need to scale that interest into predictable, qualified pipeline. This role exists to build and optimise our inbound growth engine.
Not just launch campaigns - but drive measurable increases in qualified inbound pipeline through organic acquisition, conversion optimisation and lifecycle marketing.
You will own a meaningful revenue lever. Your mission? To generate consistent qualified inbound pipeline to support a £50k per month pipeline target.
What You’ll Own
🚀 Organic Growth & SEO
- Develop and execute a 6-12 month SEO roadmap
- Identify high-intent commercial keywords
- Build and optimise website & landing pages
- Brief and manage freelance content creators
- Increase organic demo requests and MQL volume
- This is about search intent and pipeline, not vanity metrics.

📈 Conversion & CRO
- Analyse homepage, landing pages and demo conversion rates
- Run A/B tests on forms, CTAs and messaging
- Improve visitor → lead, and lead → demo conversion
- Identify friction points in the funnel
- We care about improving the conversion of traffic we already have.
📧 Lifecycle & Email
- Build and optimise nurture flows in HubSpot
- Own campaign emails and segmentation
- Improve MQL → SQL conversion
- Test subject lines, structure and timing
- Email is a performance channel, not a broadcast tool.
🎙 Founder-Led Distribution
- Work closely with our CEO & Co-Founder to:
- Turn podcast and newsletter engagement into demand
- Repurpose high-quality insights into commercial growth assets
- Ensure founder content feeds pipeline, not just awareness
📊 Data-Led Growth
- Track inbound performance from traffic → lead → opportunity → revenue
- Report on pipeline contribution and channel ROI
- Use evidence to prioritise initiatives
- Contribute to conversations around CAC and pipeline quality
- You’ll use data to drive decisions - not just report on them.

💪 What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS Growth, Demand Gen or Performance Marketing
- Experience owning inbound, MQL or pipeline targets
- Strong understanding of SEO and search intent
- Experience improving website conversion rates
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, reporting)
- Comfortable analysing funnel performance and making data-driven decisions
- Confident using AI tools (Chat GPT/Gemini/Antigravity/Cursor, etc.)
Bonus: Recruitment, staffing or sales tech experience
